Highland Hills Homeowners Association
The bylaws of Highland Hills, as described in your deed restrictions, are govererned by the Highland Hills Howowners
Association (HHHA). The association is necessary to own and maintain the out lots on 5 lakes in the neighborhood ( Charlick,
Gourd, Taggett, Tomahawk, and Woodruff ).
H.H.H.A. Board Responsibilities
A board is elected each September. There are monthly meetings September through May, which all homeowners are encouraged
to attend. Please watch the signboards located at the Highland Hills entrances, newletters, and this website for dates and
times of meetings and events.
Responsibilities include:
- Addressing concerns, suggestions, and questions from neighbors.
- Coordinating alll the maintenance and improvements in the subdivision common areas including the lake out lots.
- Managing the funds of the Association.
- Keeping neighbors informed of any neighborhood issues.
- Coordinating social and neighborhood issues.
